Do I need a registered business?
No. Independent organizers can apply. Verification requirements depend on the organizer type and applicable payment-provider rules.
Can I create an event while approval is pending?
Yes. Your private drafts can be prepared while the Zephtix team reviews your application. Public publishing and paid sales require approval.
When will I receive payouts?
Payout methods and timing depend on verification, approved settlement settings, and Paystack arrangements. No payment timing is guaranteed.
Can I advertise my event?
You can submit promotions for review. Featured placements are controlled by Zephtix administrators; paid advertising is not yet active.
