Platform services

Zeph provides event listing, ticket ordering and digital ticket access services. Events are created and operated by independent organizers. Organizers are responsible for their event details, venue safety and lawful operation.

Purchasing and tickets

Purchases may be completed without an account. Valid payment verification or a free reservation is required to issue tickets. Tickets may be subject to event-specific terms, age limits and availability. QR codes are single-use admission credentials.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the organizer's event policy and applicable law. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, guests should be informed of their options.

Contact

Business identity, legal address, support contacts and final contract provisions must be reviewed and completed by Zeph before launch.
