Finding your tickets

Use the retrieve tickets form with the email you provided at checkout. We'll send a fresh secure link if we can match your email to a paid booking.

Guest checkout

No account is required to buy tickets. Supply only your full name and email address; Paystack may ask for additional details directly when processing payment.

Ticket admission

Each ticket has a unique QR code. Present it to authorized event staff. Each code is valid once.

Payments and refunds

Ticket purchases are verified on our servers. Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's published policy and applicable consumer law; see the refund information.
