Information collected

For guest checkout we collect a buyer name and email. Account holders additionally provide authentication details. Organizers provide business and payout verification information. Transactions and ticket admissions generate operational records.

How information is used

We use information to process orders, send secure ticket links, prevent fraud, verify organizers, facilitate event admission, and provide support. Payments are processed by Paystack. We use Supabase for application services and a configured transactional email provider.

Retention and rights

Zeph must finalize retention periods, lawful bases, contact information, subprocessor disclosures, cross-border transfer safeguards and rights-request procedures before public launch.

Security

Guest tickets are retrieved through signed time-limited links. Sensitive payment credentials are not stored in the browser and must be protected as server secrets.
